 NBM AFRICA-WORLDWIDE, UNITY SUB-ZONE UNDER WARRI ZONE DONATES FOOD ITEMS, CASH TO ST. ANNE’S ORPHANAGE IN EFFURUN, DELTA STATE The Neo-Black Movement (NBM) of Africa,Worldwide, Unity Sub-Zone under Warri Zone, on Friday December 12th 2025, donated food items, cash, and other essential materials to St. Anne’s Orphanage in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area. Leading the delegation, President of Warri Zone, Comrade Preye Niger, said the visit formed part of the organisation’s commitment to giving back to society and supporting vulnerable children. Items donated included a bag of rice, noodles, other staple food items, toiletries, and cash gifts. Comrade Niger noted that the group had meaningful interactions with the children and discovered that many of them were intelligent, talented and full of promise.  NUJ DBS WARRI CHAPEL: ED SOCIAL SERVICES DESOPADEC CHIEF FAVOUR IZOUKUMOR SAYS THE COMMISSION IS MAKING IMPACT UNDER THE CURRENT BOARD LEADERSHIP  Warri - The Executive Director of Social Services at the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Chief Favour Izoukumor, has stated that the commission has made significant impact in the lives of people in its mandate areas through various initiatives. Chief Izoukumor made this statement during a media chat with members of the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Delta Broadcasting Services (DBS), Warri Chapel, on Friday. According to him, the DESOPADEC Skills Academy has trained and empowered several youths from oil-bearing communities in various vocations, while mechanisms are in place to mentor beneficiaries.
