NUJ DBS WARRI CHAPEL ENDORSES COMRADE FELIX EKWU FOR NUJ DELTA STATE COUNCIL SECRETARY POSITION The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Delta Broadcasting Service, DBS, Warri Chapel has endorsed Comrade Felix Ekwu to contest for the position of Secretary of the NUJ Delta State Council in the forthcoming council election, slated for October 22, 2026. The endorsement followed Comrade Ekwu’s declaration of interest to contest the position at the Congress of the chapel, where members also expressed support for his aspiration. Speaking at the Congress, Chairman of the NUJ DBS Warri Chapel, Comrade John Glover, described the election as an important period for the union, urging members of the chapel to approach the election with unity and sense of purpose. TAF AFRICA SENSITIZES PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AHEAD OF 2027 GENERAL ELECTIONS. Persons living with disabilities in Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State have been urged to take advantage of electoral provisions and guidelines designed to promote their participation in the electoral process and come out in large numbers to vote in the 2027 General Elections.
