GOVERNOR SHERIFF OBOREOVWORI EXTOL VIRTUES OF LATE ELDER PHILLIPS ODUGBA EVOVO. Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has described the late Elder Phillip Odugba Evovo as a man who lived a fulfilled and exemplary life worthy of emulation, urging his children and family to sustain peace and unity. Governor Oborevwori made the remark at Olomoro community in Isoko South Local Government Area during the funeral ceremony of Elder Phillip Odugba Evovo, where he commiserated with the bereaved family and prayed for the repose of the deceased’s soul. The remains of Elder Phillip Odugba Evovo was moved from Safe heaven Moutaury, Warri, with a brief stop at his Residence in Ughelli and immediately proceeded to his home town,Olomoro Community in Isoko south Council Area of Delta state.
