Motorists and Keke operators who acknowledged the scorecard of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on road construction across the state, appealed to him and the Warri South Council Chairman, Dr. Michael Tidi to urgently fix the various bad spots in the metropolis.
On the award of road contracts, they called on state government to blacklist quack construction firms and sanction government Engineers who certify shoddy jobs to serve as deterrent to others.
