AGBARHO PEOPLE WELCOME URHOBO NATION TO THEIR KINGDOM, AS UPU HOLDS 90TH ANNIVERSARY

Agbarho Kingdom has welcome all Urhobo Indigenes, H.E Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa  the Executive Governor of Delta state ,H E  Senator Ovie Omo Agege the Deputy Senate president of the federal Republic of Nigeria ,all other ethnic groups, friends & well wishers  of Urhobo nation to Uvwiamuge Community in Agbarho Kingdom.

A statement signed on behalf of the Agbarho Kingdom by her President General of Agbarho Urhobo Improvement Union, Chief Monday Igho-Odiphri congratulates the  Olorogun Moses Taiga led Executive of Urhobo Progress Union, UPU, on the 90th anniversary of the apex Urhobo body.



It says the 90th anniversary of the UPU is worth celebrating, as the UPU has recorded tremendous progress over the years and played glowing tributes to the founding fathers of the UPU.


It commended the Olorogun Moses Taiga led Executive for consolidating on the achievements of his predecessors and for taking the bold step of establishing an Urhobo  Micro Finance Bank known as Ekugbe Micro Finance Bank and Urhobo University.


it prayed God to continue to grant them wisdom to continue to steer the ship of UPU to an enviable height.



Chief Odiphri welcome Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to Agbarho Kingdom thanking him for his development initiative in Agbarho Kingdom and all over the state.


He also congratulated all Urhobo sons and daughters and welcome all of them to Agbarho Kingdom the land of peace and hospitality.


 Chief Monday lgho Odiphri prayed  for journey mercies and success of the week long celebration of the 90yrs Anniversary of UPU.
