LAND DEVELOPERS DECRY COLLECTION OF 'DEVE' BY YOUTHS IN AGBARHO Land developers in Agbarho Kingdom have appealed to the Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government, Olorogun Jaro Egbo, and law enforcement agents to intervene in the incessant harassment and exploitation of land developers in the kingdom. The land developers alleged that some youths parading themselves as officials of Ughelli North Council Taskforce move around building sites in Agbarho Kingdom harassing land developers and forcing them to pay the sum of three hundred thousand naira for a building permit.
