The Association Against Child Sexual and Gender Based Violence lends its voice to those of well meaning Nigerians to condemn in totality the killing of Sylvester Oromoni Junior, whose untimely death according to his parents, was from bullying by five of his schoolmates at Dowen College in Lekki, Lagos State.

Speaking on behalf of the two hundred and eighty five registered  member organizations of the Association, Eris Jewo-Ibi, a Peace Ambassador, called for urgent and indepth investigations into the actions of the killer students, as well as the authorities of Dowen College, Lekki.

She said anyone found culpable by the investigation should be brought to book, so as to restore confidence in the school system.

She disclosed that last week saturday December 11 2021, the body called out her members to observe a minute silence for Sylvester Oromoni Jnr, while other members engaged in media advocacy to protest his death and call for justice.
