OKOBARO WISHES UGHIEVWEN PEOPLE A MERRY CHRISTMAS, APPRECIATES DIGNITARIES FOR GRACING 10YEARS CORONATION ANNIVERSARY 

The Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, HRM (Dr.) Matthew Ediri Egbi, JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, has wished his subjects a Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year Celebrations.


The monarch in his Christmas Message titled "Message of Love" the Okobaro said Christmas is a time God gave His best gift to mankind and urged his subjects to promote love and peaceful coexistence in accordance to what the season signify.


The Okobaro called for genuine forgiveness and love among Ughievwen people and urged all to live as one, noting that there is strength in unity.


The revered monarch thanked all indigenes of Ughievwen Kingdom for their support and show of solidarity all through the year and prayed God to bless them.


The Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, HRM (Dr.) Matthew Ediri Egbi, JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, used the opportunity to thank dignitaries from within and outside the State that graced his ten years coronation anniversary.


The Okobaro specially thanked Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori, Papa Ayo Oritsejafor, Prof. Sam Oyobvwaire, State Government Officials, Ughelli South and Udu Local Government Chairmen, Traditional Rulers led by HRM The Ohworode of Olomu Kingdom and guest Speakers, especially led by Profs Darah and Orubu for attending the event.


 He lauded religious Ministers that graced the occasion including Papa Ayo Oritsejafor, Ughievwen Ministers and Christian Association, led by ArchBishop God-Do-Well Avwomakpa, Archbishop Odutemu, Archbishop Solomon Gbakara and members of Godswill Mission Int'l, Ughievwen Ministers and Christian Association.


Owhawha the second hailed Urhobo Progress Union, UPU, World-wide led by 1st Vice President General and Secretary General, UPU USA (UPUA) led by Dr. Mrs Onome Edema, the Clan Otota of Ughievwen Kingdom, Olorogun Matthew Akpogbemre Shaire and the Ughievwen Council of Chiefs, Ughievwen Union, led by Olorogun Maj. Gen Barr. Peter Unuode, Elders Forum and Advisory Committee of Ughievwen Kingdom, Women (Ewheya and Emeta) of Ughievwen Kingdom.


He also thanked members of Nigeria Society of Engineers, Rotary Club Int'l, Ughelli Metropolis, all thirty-three Community Chairmen, Leaders and Social Clubs, Urhobo/Isoko Forum, Security agencies, particularly the Nigerian Police and DIG Marvel Akpoyibo.


He equally thanked youths (Uvwie) of Ughievwen Kingdom, all Workers of Okobaro Royal Palace, Sons, Daughters, inlaws, friends and well wishers. newly conferred Chiefs (Ilorogun) of Ughievwen Kingdom, Chairman and members of the 10th Year Coronation Anniversary Committee and sub Committees, those who contributed in cash and kinds to the Ceremony including companies in the kingdom, as well as participants of all the events at the Ceremonies.


The monarch prayed God to bless them all.
