DELTA 2023: HON GUWOR DECLARES INTENTION TO CONTINUE REPRESENTING WARRI SOUTH WEST CONSTITUENCY IN DTHA

The member representing Warri South West Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly Honourable Dennis Emomotimi Guwor has declared his intention to continue to represent the good people of the Constituency to enable him consolidate on the gains achieved so far by his quality representation.

Bladenews24 Correspondent reports that Honourable Guwor stated his intention on Friday when he led his campaign train and supporters on a consultative visit to leadership and ward structures of the People's Democratic Party PDP in Warri South West Local Government Area in Warri Club.

The member representing Warri South West Constituency in Delta State House of Assembly Honourable Dennis Emomotimi Guwor on arrived at Warri Club was flanked by supporters and was received by the leadership of the People's Democratic Party PDP Warri South West Local Government Area.

After the usual exchange of pleasantries, Honourable Guwor informed them of his intention to continue to represent the people of Warri South West council area in the hallow chamber of the Delta State House of Assembly.

Honourable Guwor who thanked the people for their support to him at the state assembly stated that in his two years and eight months in the house he has been able to render qualitative representation to the people of Warri South West by sponsoring of people's oriented bills and moving motions that have direct impact on the people.

Honourable Guwor who is the Chairman House Committee on DESOPADEC added that apart from sponsoring bills and moving motions, he has also influenced various projects to the various wards in his Constituency.



He listed some of his achievements to include  purchasing of JAMB forms for indigenes students, and awards of scholarship, construction of roads, provision of 1000KVA generators to communities without electricity supplies, supplies of fishing materials and boats to various wards, construction of classroom blocks amongst others.

On the issues of projects that have not been completed, Honourable Guwor attributed the delay to the COVID 19 pandemic and the increasing cost of things,, adding that after the review of projects attention will be given to all projects.

Speaking on behalf of the PDP ward chairmen, Apostle Preye Koremene thanked Honourable Guwor for his good work and implored him to do more when given the opportunity.

For his part, the Chairman of PDP Warri South West Local Government Area, Chief Favour Izoukumor told Honourable Guwor and his entourage that the message is well received.

Chief Izoukumor assured Honourable Guwor and other aspirants that a level playing ground would will be given to everyone aspiring.

The consultative visit was climaxed with a prayer from the party on the success of Honourable Guwor's political aspiration as well as questions from some persons to Honourable Guwor.
