2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS:
FORMER GOVERNORSHIP ASPIRANT EVANGELIST DR AUSTIN AKPO OFOMANA CALLS FOR SUPPORT FOR PDP PRESIDENTIAL AND VICE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES.
Abraka-
A former governorship aspirant in the state, Evang Dr Austin Akpo Ofomana aka Sambisa forest has called on Nigerians at home and in diaspora to rally round Atiku/Okowa Presidential ticket and other PDP candidates.
Evang Dr Austin Akpo Ofomana made the call while speaking recently on the forthcoming General Elections at a parley in Abraka, Ethiope East local government area of the state.
The former Delta State Guber Aspirant added that PDP is the only party with human touch, that has all it takes to redeem the country from the current hardship, insecurities being faced under the ruling party.
He described the PDP Vice Presidential Candidate Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as a Governor with a difference in terms of good governance in his seven years as the Governor of Delta State.
" Take example from all the wonderful works Okowa did and his empowerment is wonderful and I know Nigerians should embrass the Atiku/Okowa Presidential ticket with prayers and political commitments to ensure all PDP candidates are voted for across the nation and Nigerians will sing a new song" he stressed.
Evang Dr Austin Akpo Ofomana who recalled that he was one of the earliest member of the Okowa family in Delta state, added that though he has not benefited from Okowa's government yet but he is still very much interested in calling for support for all PDP candidates.
" I was mocked by my fellow party faithful, for my sincere discipleship to Okowa but I give all the glory to God because God said in Ephesians 5:20 In everything give thanks to God" he maintained
God admonished us in 1Thessalonians 5:18 to give thanks for this is his plans concerning us and finally 1Cor 15:57 Give thanks to God for the victory.
Evang Dr Austin Akpo Ofomana who quoted the biblical scripture of Habakkuk 2:3, implored all concerned Nigerians to support the Atiku/Okowa Presidential ticket with prayers and political commitments towards the actualisation of their Political aspiration
