TIMIYAN ROYAL FAMILY ANNOUNCES DEATH OF MATRIARCH

The Timiyan family of Ogulagha Kingdom in Burutu local government area of Delta State has announced the death of the mother to the Ebenanaowei of Ogulagha Kingdom Elder Captain King Joseph I Timiyan, Chief Amogunye Angelina Timiyan.


The announcement of the king's mother demise was made known at a Press Conference on Thursday by one of her sons Chief General Israel Timiyan.


The residence of the Paramount Ruler of the Ogulagha Kingdom on Thursday morning was a beehive of activities as Sympathizers trooped in from far and near to condole with the monarch and his family members over the demise of their mother Mama Amogunye Angelina Timiyan.



 Chief General Israel Timiyan said that their mother passed away on Tuesday August 30 2022 at her home town Obotobo one Community in the ancient Ogulagha Kingdom Burutu local government area of Delta State.


Chief Timiyan noted that the news of the death of their mother came to not only the timiyan's family but to the whole Ogulagha Kingdom as a shock.


Chief  further added that the Ogulagha Paramount Ruler and the entire kingdom are currently mourning.


Some other children of Mama Timiyan including Chief George Timiyan and Captain Anthony Timiyan who spoke said that their mother was a community Leader, a mother to all and she will be greatly miss.



Late Mama Amogunye Angelina Timiyan who was the Ebike Ogulagha Ibe Miyen Ere of Ogulagha passed on at the age of eighty and was survived by five children among whom is the Paramount Ruler of Ogulagha Kingdom.


The date of the burial will be communicated by the family at a later date.
