CHIEF FRANCIS ARHIYOR CONGRATULATES GOV OKOWA ON HIS CONFERMENT AS COMMANDER OF THE ORDER OF THE NIGER (CON)

The Chairman National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW, Delta State Chapter, Chief Francis Arhiyor has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa on his conferment as Commander of Order of the Niger CON by President Muhammadu Buhari.


Chief Francis Arhiyor in his congratulatory message  made available to newsmen at PTI in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State said that the national honour award bestowed on the Delta State Governor Dr Ifeanyi Okowa is a recognition of the immense contributions to the peace and unity of the country.


The Delta State NURTW Chairman added that the conferment of CON on Governor Ifeanyi Okowa who is the People's Democratic Party PDP Presidential Candidate for the 2023 General Elections was a well deserved honour.


He noted that the huge contribution of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to development of Delta State and his role as elder stateman made him stand tall among his contemporaries.


Chief Francis Arhiyor however wished Governor Ifeanyi Okowa all the best in his quest to finish strong as his administration winds down in the state and also in his political aspiration of becoming the Vice President of Nigeria come 2023
