OKOBARO CONFERS CHIEFTAINCY TITLES ON TWO ILLUSTRIOUS SONS

His Majesty Odjaberen, (Dr.) Matthew Ediri Egbi JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, The Okobaro of Ughievwen (Jeremi) has conferred chieftaincy titles on two illustrious Sons of Ughievwen Kingdom.


The Okobaro said the beneficiaries Olorogun Erikefe Justice Gborogen and Olorogun  Akpokiniovo Terry Gborogen have contributed immensely to the peace and progress of Ughievwen Kingdom.


He noted that the chieftaincy titles were to appreciate them for their good works and to spur them to do more.


The revered monarch disclosed that any indigene of Ughievwen Kingdom who distinguishes himself or herself in any field of endeavor and contributes to the development of the kingdom, will be recognized with chieftaincy titles noting that chieftaincy titles are not for sale.


 His Majesty Odjaberen, (Dr.) Matthew Ediri Egbi JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, The Okobaro of Ughievwen (Jeremi) urged Indigenes of the kingdom occupying positions of authority to use such positions to attract development to the kingdom and help others.


Okobaro advised the new chiefs to abide by the rules and regulations of chiefs in the kingdom and be good ambassadors of the kingdom.


Responding, the two new chiefs, Olorogun Erikefe Justice Gborogen and Olorogun  Akpokiniovo Terry Gborogen thanked the Okobaro for recognising their good work and honouring them with chieftaincy titles.


They promised to continue their good works and be good ambassadors of Ughievwen Kingdom.


 Olorogun Erikefe Justice Gborogen was conferred with the title "Udubiegbe of Ughievwen Kingdom" while Olorogun  Akpokiniovo Terry Gborogen  was conferred with the title "Egba R' Cemeti of Ughievwen Kingdom".
