OKOBARO CONDOLES UDUAGHAN OVER DEMISE OF FATHER INLAW
His Majesty Odjaberen, (Dr.) Matthew Ediri Egbi JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, the Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, (Jeremi) has condoled with former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan over the demise of his father in-law, Brigadier General Sunny Esijolomi Tuovo (rtd) at the age of 87.
In a statement the Okobaro of Ughievwen described Late Brigadier Tuoyo as a dogged soldier who served the country meritoriously while in service.
The revered monarch recalled with nostalgia the achievements of the late Army General when he was the military administrator of Ondo State and his service at the United Nations, UN, Peace Keeping Force.
His Majesty Odjaberen, (Dr.) Matthew Ediri Egbi JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, the Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, (Jeremi) noted that, after retirement, the Late Brigadier General Tuoyo contributed immensely to the peace, unity and progress of Delta State.
He described his death as a great loss to Nigeria and Delta State in particular and prayed God to grant his soul eternal rest.
His Majesty Odjaberen, (Dr.) Matthew Ediri Egbi JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, the Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, (Jeremi) urged the family of the Late Brigadier General Tuoyo particularly his son inlaw, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan and his wife, Mrs Roli Uduaghan to take solace that their father lived a fulfilled life.
