OKOBARO CONGRATULATES BISHOP EWHERIDO ON APPOINTMENT AS BISHOP OF WARRI CATHOLIC DIOCESE WARRI

His Majesty Odjaberen, (Dr.) Matthew Ediri Egbi JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, the Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, (Jeremi) has congratulated  Reverend Father Anthony Ovayero Ewherido, Rector Magnificus of the Saints Peter and Paul Major Seminary, Ibadan, Nigeria as the new Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Warri.


In a statement signed by the Okobaro, says the Ughievwen people are pleased  to hear the news of his appointment and prayed God for wisdom and grace to pilot the affairs of the Catholic Diocese of Warri.


The revered monarch noted that the appointment is a blessing to Nigeria, Delta State, Urhobo nation and entire Ughelli South LGA.


His Majesty Odjaberen, (Dr.) Matthew Ediri Egbi JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, the Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, (Jeremi) described Rt. Rev. Monsignor Anthony Ewherido as a man of God endowed with wisdom, brilliance, humility, calm, diligent and discipline. 


He expressed confidence that his appointment will bring the presence and blessings of God to Ughelli South LGA, Urhobo nation, Delta State and Nigeria at large.
