OKOBARO LEADS UGHELLI SOUTH TRADITIONAL RULERS COMMITTEE TO VISIT OLOMU ROYAL FAMILY AND COUNCIL OF CHIEFS OVER THE ROYAL PASSAGE OF OHWORODE
The Ughelli South Traditional Rulers' Committee led by His Majesty Odjaberen, Dr Matthew Ediri Egbi, JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, The Okobaro of Jeremi (Ughievwen) kingdom to pay a royal Condolence visit to the Royal Family of Olomu Kingdom and Council of Chiefs of the Olomu Kingdom.
The delegation of the Royal Fathers made up of HRM Solomon Akporhiere Okukere, the Ovie of Arhavwarien Kingdom and HRM Andrew Oghenevwodo Osakpa III, the Ovie of Okparebe Kingdom were received by the Children of HRM The Ohworode of Olomu Kingdom. and members of Olomu Council of chiefs.
Leader of the delegation, His Majesty Odjaberen, Dr. Matthew Ediri Egbi JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, The Okobaro of Jeremi (Ughievwen) kingdom described the Royal passage of the Owhorode Kingdom, Ogbon, Ogoni-Oghoro I, as a glorious home call.
He noted that, the departed monarch was a dedicated Christian who led his people in a godly way adding that he is confident that he is in Heaven with the Lord.
The Revered Monarch urged the Royal family, Council of Chiefs and the good people of Olomu kingdom to take solace in the fact that their Monarch lived a fulfilled life noting that Ughelli South Traditional Rulers Committee will greatly miss him.
Responding, the eldest Son of Owhorode of Olomu kingdom, Prince Godwin Ogbon, the Leader of Olomu Council of Chiefs and Otota of Olomu Kingdom, Chief Macaulay Ovbiagbedia thanked the Traditional Rulers for identifying with them in their time of grief.
They promised to carry them along during the royal rite of the passage of their father and Monarch.
