OKOBARO CONGRATULATES RT. HON GORU ON APPOINTMENT AS DESOPADEC COMMISSIONER DESIGNATE


His Majesty Odjaberen, Dr  Matthew Ediri Egbi, JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, The Okobaro of Jeremi (Ughievwen) kingdom has congratulated Rt Hon   Karo Goru the immediate past  Leader of the Legislative Arm of Udu Council on his appointment as Commissioner Designate on the Board of DESOPADEC.


The Okobaro in his Congratulatory Message thanked Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and Delta Governor Elect, Right Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on his appointment describing it as a square peg in a square hole.



His Majesty Odjaberen, Dr  Matthew Ediri Egbi, JP, FoD, AMNSE, RDN, Owahwa II, The Okobaro of Jeremi (Ughievwen) kingdom commended Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for his efforts in ensuring DESOPADEC delivers on it's mandate noting that the Commission has achieved a lot during his tenure.


The Ughievwen Monarch noted that as a grassroot politician and former leader of the Legislative Arm of Udu Council, Rt Hon Goru knows the pains of his people and will strive to meet them within available resources.


He urged Rt Hon Goru to always consult the people and major stakeholders before carrying out projects, for effective service delivery.


The respected monarch prayed God to grant him wisdom and divine health to enable him succeed in his new assignment.


He called on the people of his mandate area to give him all necessary support.
