RIV : Delta State Chairman of National Union of Road Transport Workers NURTW Olorogun Francis Arhiyor has heartily rejoiced with the Delta State Governor Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on the occasion of his diamond jubilee birth anniversary.
