FORMER LEADER OF UVWIE LEGISLATIVE ARM, RT HON. UTUEDOR JOINS UVWIE CHAIRMANSHIP RACE, VISITS FAMILY

Former Leader of Legislative Arm of Uvwie Local Government, Rt Hon Glory Otumebure Utuedor has declared his intention to contest for the Chairmanship position of Uvwie Local Government.


Rt Hon Utuedor made his intention known before his family, Ebiuwe/Amadja Family of Ohorhe 1 Community Uvwie Local Government Area.


Rt Hon Utuedor told his kinsmen that, he decided to inform his family first about his ambition and seek their prayers inline with the saying that, "Charity begins at home"



He said his decision to join the Chairmanship race of Uvwie Local Government was borne out of his sincere desire to bring sustainable development to Uvwie Local Government Area. 


The former Leader of Uvwie Legislative Arm, promised to consolidate on the achievements of the present administration and liaise with Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for effective leadership, if he is elected Chairman.


Rt Hon Utuedor disclosed that, he has the prerequisite experience to lead Uvwie Council, as he has served in all the tiers of Local Government and urged his kinsmen to support him.


Responding, the eldest man of Ebiuwe/Amadja Family, Pa Godwin Utuedor thanked Hon Glory Otumebure Utuedor for the visit and promised their unwavering support for him.


 He described Rt Hon Glory Otumebure Utuedor as a man of integrity who has always brought honour to the family.


The visit which was well attended by elders of the family including, Pa Morris Ayovoh, Pa Greg Ebrogho,  Pa Joseph Utuedor and Deaconess Anthonia Giwa was climaxed with prayers for Hon Glory Otumebure Utuedor by the eldest man of the family, Pa Godwin Utuedor.
