As birthday wishes continues to trickle in for High Chief Favour Izoukumor, the Executive Director Social Services DESOPADEC on the occasion of his auspicious birthday anniversary, A Frontline Aspirant for the Chairmanship position of Warri South West local government Engr Don Dickson Ogugu has described the birthday celebrant as a leader per excellent. 


Engr Ogugu in a congratulatory message made available to newsmen in Warri said that Chief Izoukumor deserve to be celebrated going by his large heart of gold.

" High Chief Favour Izoukumor sterling leadership qualities is equal to none, as he has done exceedingly well in the different positions he has handled in life " Engr Don Ogugu maintained. 


The Warri South West local government Chairman hopeful added that the birthday celebrant is a philanthropist who has great passion for education especially in the riverine and rural communities across the state.


Engr Don wished Chief Izoukumor God wisdom and blessings surround him as he celebrate his birth anniversary.
