Chief Executive Officer CEO of Don-Daddy's Dive, Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu has congratulated the Director General of Special Duties, office of the Delta State Governor, Chief Frank Omare on the auspicious occasion of his birthday.


Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu who is a Frontline Political Aspirant for the Chairmanship seat of Warri South West local government, described Chief Omare as a political Icon, Leader and political Iroko tree in Delta state.


He noted that Chief Omare who is a staunch member of the People's Democratic Party PDP in the state has served the party and the state meritoriously at different capacities.


Engineer Ogugu added that the DG Special Duties has through his office recent done alot by metigating the perennial flood problem in the state through the massive opening of blocked canals, demolition of illegal structures and unauthorized building built on natural water channels.


Don Ogugu hailed the visionary leadership style of the birthday celebrant, noting that Chief Omare is a golden fish that has no hiding place in the ocean and a force to reckon with, and as such should be celebrated.
