DELTA STATE LG COUNCILS WOULD BE MANNED BY ONLY COMPETENT CHAIRMEN -NZE FRANCIS ONUORA.

Warri-

Nze Francis Onuora, a two-time appointee in the immediate past government of Delta State has now been appointed by the incumbent Governor of the state Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori as his Senior Special Assistant on Non Indigenes Affairs.

His level of experience in the political landscape of Delta State politics has  formed the basis for his assertion that the twenty-five Local Government Councils across Delta State would once again be managed by only competent Chairmen in the Governor Elder Sheriff Oborevwori led administration.

According to Nze Onuora successive local government's administrations have made their contributions to the people at the grassroot with the State Governor Rt, Honorable Sheriff Oborevwori recently giving accolades to some of the outgone local government Council Chairmen for impacting positively on their people.

Going by this development, it is expedient that anyone who would emerge as Chairman of any of the twenty-five Local Government Councils would be an individual with proven integrity and records to inspire the third tier of government on a continuous upward slide and not the other way around.

Nze Francis Onuora also believes the Peoples Democratic Party PDP would demonstrate why they are called a family as leaders of the party would come together to project only a qualified candidate for the good of all as they have always done in the past.

The Governor's aide Nze Francis Onuora is therefore advising all those aspiring to be Chairmen of any of the local government councils not to see it as a do or die affair but allow the will of God be done.

Nze Onuora equally suggested that the aspirants continue to develop themselves and abilities as they may be called upon in the nearest future to occupy a more sensitive position when they least expected.

On activities concerning Non indigenes in Delta State Nze Onuora appealed to leadership of Local Government and Wards to emulate the state government by including non indigenes in its empowerments.
