Board, Management Local Government Service Commission Felicitates Hon. (Dcn) Joseph Otirhue On Birth Anniversary



The board and management of the Delta State Local Government Service Commission has felicitated with the Chairman, Honourable (Deacon) Joseph Otirhue on his birthday anniversary.



In a goodwill message by the first member, Architect Anslem Nwokeyem and Secretary, Mr Henry Ebinum on behalf of the board and entire work force of the Local Government Service Commission, described the Chairman as a leader of great virtue whose leadership has greatly impacted positively on people especially within the local government administration in Delta State. 


They extolled ,Hon (Deacon) Otirhue for his vision, humility, kindness and support to not only staff of the Commission but also local government staff across the 25 Council areas of Delta State.



While congratulating the Chairman, Deacon Joseph Otirhue, they prayed God to grant him more years of fruitfulness in all his endeavours.
