A Warri based hospitality and entertainment colossus, Hon. Julius Obels, alias Lord-J, has singlehandedly organized a musical fiesta to celebrate Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori's one year in office on Sunday 2nd June, 2024, at the Osubi Trade Fair Centre, beginning from 5pm in the evening, with the MORE Agenda Moving Train.
Hon. Prince Julius Obels, former Delta State Chairman of PMAN, and currently an SSA to the Governor on Community Development, described Governor Sheriff Oborevwori as "Mr. Project" who has turned the entire Delta State into a project site, especially Warri, Uvwie and their environs.
Prince Julius Obels, a long time friend of the Governor since they both met in London over two decades ago, said his decision to celebrate Governor Sheriff Oborevwori stemmed from his conviction that his MORE Agenda would usher in the much needed peace and socio-economic development in Delta State.
The community tour carnival light event will feature live entertainment by top flight Nigerian musical artistes like Doncan Mighty; Prof. Linklin, alias Jogodo; Ekwe alias "e dey paini mi gangan;" Faze of the Plantation Boyz fame; Baba Kingi from Abuja, and many others.
Some pep talks on "education is not a scam," "say no to drug abuse," "say no to cultism," and "say no to female gender abuse," will be delivered by notable resource persons at the unprecedented socio-cultural mega spectacle at the trade fair amphitheatre.
There will be free transportation to facilitate people's movement from Orerokpe and its environs to Osubi, as well as free white handkerchiefs and table water for all.
Lord-J says the More Agenda Moving Train will tour the 25 LGAs of Delta State to hype the Governor's MORE Agenda and its great benefits to all Deltans.
