2027 GENERAL ELECTIONS: CHIEF MULADE DECLARES FOR WARRI FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY, PROMISES INCLUSIVE DEVT. AND UNITY
A prominent Delta State development advocate and environmental rights activist, Mulade Sheriff, has officially declared his intention to contest for the Warri Federal Constituency seat in the 2027 general elections, pledging to deliver sustainable development and foster unity if elected into the National Assembly.
Mulade, who holds the traditional title of Ibe-Serimowei of the oil-rich Gbaramatu Kingdom, made this known on Tuesday through a press statement. In his appeal to constituents, he urged voters to make a thoughtful decision at the polls, emphasizing his commitment to purposeful, people-oriented, and inclusive representation.
“I am appealing to the electorates of Warri Federal Constituency to entrust me with their mandate. I am one of you, and I am committed to delivering effective leadership anchored on unity, economic empowerment, job creation, skill acquisition, and dependable representation,” he stated.
Describing himself as a United Nations Peace Ambassador, Mulade also called on fellow politicians to conduct campaigns with decorum, focusing on issues rather than engaging in divisive rhetoric. He stressed that despite political differences, the unity of the people must remain paramount after the elections.
He further assured that his tenure, if elected, would prioritize the empowerment of youths, women, and the elderly, whom he described as the most vulnerable groups in society.
