CHIEF PEDRO BEKENAWEI WINS NDC TICKET FOR WARRI FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY, PLEDGES PURPOSEFUL REPRESENTATION

Frontline politician and philanthropist, Chief (Dr) Pedro Bekenawei, has emerged as the flag bearer of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) for the Warri Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 General Elections.



Reacting to his emergence in a statement made available to journalists through his verified social media handle, Chief Bekenawei dedicated the victory to God, and the good people of Warri Federal Constituency, describing the outcome of the primary election as a clear demonstration of the confidence and support reposed in him by party faithful and constituents.


The NDC candidate expressed appreciation to the leadership of the party for conducting a successful primary election and for affirming him as the party's candidate for the forthcoming general elections.


Chief Bekenawei, a successful businessman and respected traditional chief from the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, also commended other aspirants who participated in the primary election for their maturity, unity, and sportsmanship throughout the process.


He called on them and their supporters to join hands with him in the collective task of strengthening the party and mobilizing support across the Warri Federal Constituency in preparation for the 2027 elections.


The Kokodiagbene-born politician reiterated his commitment to providing effective representation and delivering meaningful development to the people through purposeful leadership, inclusive governance, and people-oriented legislation.


According to him, his aspiration is driven by a sincere desire to improve the welfare of the people and ensure that the constituency enjoys quality representation that addresses its needs and aspirations.


Chief Bekenawei emphasized that he is not merely seeking political office but is offering himself as a partner in progress, determined to redefine representation through impactful service, accountability, and tangible results for the people of Warri Federal Constituency.
